IMPLEMENTING TEACHING PRACTICE PROGRAM, FH UNIDA VISITS BOGOR RELIGIOUS COURT

Accompanied by Marriage Law lecturers Dr. Ani Yumarni and Hidayat Rumatiga, students of the Faculty of Law, University of Djuanda Batch 2021, who are currently in their 4th semester, visited the Bogor Religious Court on (29/05) as part of their teaching practice. The Faculty of Law (FH) students from Universitas Djuanda (UNIDA) were briefed in the main courtroom by the Deputy Chairman of the Bogor Religious Court and the Registrar of the Religious Court, Hermansyah. Hidayat Rumatiga as the Indonesian Marriage Law Teaching Team expressed his gratitude to the Bogor Religious Court for being willing to receive a visit from the UNIDA Faculty of Law to deepen the material in the field of Islamic civil law and its application in the courtroom. In addition, this visit was also in the context of implementing a teaching practitioner program in the even semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The second speech was delivered by the Chairman of the Bogor Religious Court, Habib Rasyidi Daulay, who gave a message to the students of the Faculty of Law to always be serious in studying and preparing themselves to become regeneration as judges, clerks and other stakeholders at UNIDA. The Vice Chairman of the Bogor Religious Court, Dr. Abdul Majid said "syubbanul yaum rijalul ghad" that young people today are leaders in the future. Not forever we here will continue to be this profession, it is the younger students who will continue our work later, so prepare and study seriously in order to become professions in this Religious Court. "The authority of the religious court is to decide cases at the first level, with the emergence of Law Number 3 of 2006 the authority of the religious court is added to the Sharia Economic case, until now there have been 5 Sharia Economic cases that have been handled by the Bogor Religious Court," he said when delivering material to Faculty of Law students. Deputy Chairman Dr. Abdul Majid also added that Fiqh Law contains ubudiyah, muamalah, jinayah. The location of marriage is in muamalah. The fuqaha scholars made a separate chapter because marriage is something sacred. He also gave a message to Faculty of Law students to always be enthusiastic about implementing the Marriage Law. The marriage must be registered, do not become a victim because of the unrecorded marriage, especially to female students. At the end of the event, Dr. Ani Yumarni said that Faculty of Law students must use this collaboration opportunity as a laboratory (legal research) to produce scientific works that are 'up to date' and that can answer the legal problems of society, especially in the field of Islamic family law. "The Faculty of Law, Djuanda University and the Bogor Religious Court have collaborated in the field of implementing Tri Dharma and the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) Program since 2021 until now. Every academic year, the enthusiasm of students for internships and research at the Religious Court Office is always in high demand, this shows that students' interest in the field of family law is always fulfilled on an ongoing basis," he concluded.
