Rector of Djuanda University (UNIDA) Bogor Dr. Ir. Dede Kardaya, M.Si officially inaugurated Dr. Nurwati, SH, MH. as Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Law (FH) UNIDA Bogor along with 19 other structural officials within UNIDA Bogor on Tuesday (26/1) in the Hall of Building C, UNIDA Bogor Campus while still implementing strict health protocols. These changes are certainly expected for the progress of the organization in a better direction. Moreover, UNIDA Bogor has just lost the figure of Vice Rector I, namely the late Dr. Ir. Elis Dihansih, M.Si who passed away some time ago. "This afternoon we are together witnessing the inauguration of structural officials, for an organization the transfer, replacement, mutation of positions is a common thing. Surely everything is intended for the progress of the organization in a better direction. In addition to this being a leadership plan, we have also just lost our Vice Chancellor I who was very unexpectedly called first by Allah SWT. Let us pray that Allah SWT will forgive all the sins of the deceased and place her in the best place by His side." "But of course we should not be protracted in sadness, we must immediately find a replacement for the duties of the deceased as Vice Chancellor I. Along with that, the Chancellor needs refreshment. Along with that, the Rector also needs refreshment in various existing structures so that this organization continues to run better," he said. In line with what was conveyed by Dr. Hj R. Siti Pupu Fauziah, M.Pd.I, Dr. Ir. Dede Kardaya, M.Si in his direction said that the transfer or change of structural positions is something that is usually done in every organization. It is an effort to improve the quality of performance so that it can run well to achieve the vision as a common goal. "The mutation, replacement or dismissal program is something that is usually done in every organization. Now of course this condition is in order for our institution to get better in the future. We strive to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources, therefore there are several officials who quit or are transferred," he said. Dr. Ir. Dede Kardaya, M.Si also hopes that evaluations carried out regularly can accelerate acceleration in achieving the vision, even during the COVID-19 pandemic which is still endemic so that it can still improve performance. "Of course, apart from the HR evaluation, this will continue because this is a mandate so that we make continuous improvement, namely continuous improvement. This is also related to the current pandemic conditions, of course this pandemic must further spur our performance, increase our creativity to produce the best," he added. Meanwhile, UNIDA Bogor Chancellor Dr. H. Martin Roestamy, SH, MH said that there is a need for efficiency, so institutional evaluation is something that must be done. In addition, it is also necessary to regenerate through cadre so that it is expected to be the successor to the ideals of UNIDA Bogor in the future. "I'AM UNIDA, the UNIDA Youth Association, is our provision to face the challenges ahead. Build and unite young warriors with PKD, because this is our future, our successor," he said. Finally, Dr. H. Martin Roestamy, SH, MH gave a message to the newly appointed Vice Rector I, Dr. Ir. Ristika Handarini, MP, so that in the process it can strengthen and improve performance in line 1 or in this case in the academic field. "A message to Mrs. Ristika, strengthen line 1 through the Vice Deans I in the faculties, so that they can go hand in hand.
