The Faculty of Law (FH) of Djuanda University (UNIDA) held the signing of MOA (Memorandum of Agreements) and IA (Implementation Agreements) with several Higher Education Faculties, which were carried out offline at the activities of the Association of Leaders of Indonesian Law Colleges (APPTHI) on Friday, February 17, 2023 at Rayz Hotel UMM Malang, East Java. This MOA and IA signing activity is an important activity organized by APPTHI as the organizer of the Cooperation signing activity facility and is attended by all members of the Higher Education Institutions that have joined APPTHI, this year the signing activity was held in Malang City with the host Faculty of Law, University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) with a focus on the activity theme "Workshop on Guidelines for the Preparation of Recognition of Past Learning (RPL) at Law Colleges and the APPTHI National Work Meeting" with the signing of Cooperation facilities between Universities after the theme of the activity was carried out. On this occasion, FH UNIDA attended with 2 representatives, namely the Dean of FH UNIDA Dr. Nurwati, SH, MH and the Head of the Law Study Program of FH UNIDA R. Yuniar Anisa Ilyanawati, SH, MH. On the same occasion, Dean of FH UNIDA Dr. Nurwati, S.H., M.H signed MOA with several Faculty of Law (FH) Universities including FH UMM Malang, FH Yarsi University, FH Al Azhar University, FH Bung Hatta University, FH As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University. Then continued with the Head of the Law Study Program of FH UNIDA R. Yuniar Anisa Ilyanawati, SH., MH carrying out the signing of IA with several Higher Education Faculty of Law including FH UMM Malang, FH Bung Hatta University, FH As-Syafi'iyah University and FH Suryakancana University Cianjur. "This MOA and IA signing activity is very important to follow because it is to increase relations and cooperation partners between universities, especially the Faculty of Law in the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and the Implementation of the Independent Learning-Campus Independent Curriculum (MBKM) which then also plans to implement RPL with Higher Education partners later," said the Dean of FH UNIDA. This MOA Signing activity is the last series of activities after the RPL Workshop and APPTHI National Meeting, which will then continue the next day on Saturday, February 18, 2023 with a City Tour as a closing.
