The Faculty of Law (FH) of Djuanda University (UNIDA) Bogor submitted the implementation of the Merdeka Campus Competition Program (PKKM) through Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) by the Monev Team of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) on September 24, 2021. The Monev activity was also attended by the Rector of UNIDA Bogor, Dr. Ir. Dede Kardaya, M.Si, Vice Rector I of UNIDA Bogor, Dr. Ir. Ristika Handarini, MP, Dean of FH UNIDA Bogor, Dr. Hj. Endeh Suhartini, SH, MH, Head of the UNIDA Bogor Quality Assurance Agency (LPM), Ir. Arti Yoesdiarti, MP, Director of the Directorate of Education and Learning (DIKJAR) UNIDA Bogor, Dr. La Ode Amril, M.Pd. The Rector of UNIDA Bogor, Dr. Ir. Dede Kardaya, M.Si. in his speech expressed his welcome to the PKKM Monev Team from the Ministry of Education and Culture and in this Monev the PKKM Task Force Team of FH UNIDA Bogor will provide a detailed description of the implementation of PKKM FH UNIDA Bogor grant activities so that it will facilitate the implementation of the Monev. "It is hoped that this Monev can provide more motivation to FH UNIDA Bogor in implementing this PKKM grant and with this Monev we will know what is lacking in its implementation and what should be added in PKKM FH UNIDA Bogor," said Dr. Ir. Dede Kardaya, M.Si. The Dean of FH UNIDA Bogor, Dr. Hj Endeh Suhartini, SH., MH. stated that it is hoped that the PKKM FH UNIDA Bogor grant mandate obtained from the Ministry of Education and Culture can be carried out properly according to predetermined regulations and with this Monev it is hoped that it can also improve what is lacking in the implementation of PKKM so that FH UNIDA Bogor does not take the wrong step in the next PKKM activity. "Thank you very much to the Monev Team from the Higher Education and thank you also to the PKKM Task Force Team of FH UNIDA Bogor and the parties related to PKKM FH UNIDA Bogor. Hopefully the PKKM mandated to FH UNIDA Bogor can be carried out well because FH UNIDA Bogor so far in implementing PKKM has been very careful and thorough, especially regarding the use of grant funds and because this PKKM is carried out in a pandemic situation, FH UNIDA Bogor implements the programs contained in PKKM in a hybrid manner, namely online and offline and if offline, it applies very strict protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19, "said Dr. Hj Endeh Suhartini, SH, MH. Representative of the Monev Team from the Ministry of Education and Culture, Jaini in Monev stated that this activity was to monitor how the implementation of the PKKM FH UNIDA Bogor was in accordance with the technical instructions and how the implementation was in accordance with the indicators submitted by FH UNIDA Bogor such as accountability, procurement methods and documentation of the PKKM implementation. "First, the FH UNIDA Bogor explained in advance what the implementation of PKKM was like, where the implementation had reached so that the Ministry of Education and Culture knew where this Monev would enter and start. This Monev is to look at the running of PKKM FH UNIDA Bogor and is also a preparation for later inspection by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), "said Jaini. The Chairperson of the PKKM Task Force Team as well as Deputy Dean II of FH UNIDA Bogor, Ani Yumarni, S.H.I., MH. in her report presentation stated that there were 3 activities and sub-activities in the PKKM FH proposal including the first activity to improve the quality of students and the work readiness of graduates whose sub-activities included Student Exchange, Internships, KKN Bina Desa, Establishment of a Moot Court Team. The second activity is to improve the quality and competence of lecturers in supporting the MBKM policy which includes Mediator Professional Training and Certification, Legal Drafter Professional Training and Certification, Workshop on Writing Scientific Articles to Publish to Reputable Journals and International Proceedings and the third activity is to improve the quality of learning including the Law Study Program Curriculum Workshop to Integrate MBKM Policy and Visiting Lecturer. "There are also achievements in the implementation of activities that have been carried out including Legal Drafter Professional Training and Certification, Law Study Program Curriculum Workshop for 2022-2026. Ongoing activities are Student Exchange with Other Universities, Internships, KKN Bina Desa, Publication of Scientific Articles to National and International Journals, Establishment of Legal Debate Team, Establishment of Legal Debate Team, Establishment of Moot Court Delegation Team and Career Guidance for Alumni and Prospective Graduates. And activities that have not been carried out are Visiting Lecturer because it will be held at a lecture meeting after the Midterm Examination, "said Ani Yumarni, S.H.I., MH.
