FH UNIDA Invites BPK UNIDA Again to Provide Scientific Article Writing Training for Lecturers

The Faculty of Law (FH) of Djuanda University (UNIDA) invited back the UNIDA Scientific Development Agency (BPK) Team to provide training in writing scientific articles for FH lecturers on (04/08) which took place in the Alumni Hall of the UNIDA Faculty of Law. On this occasion, BPK UNIDA directly deployed Dr. Rasmitadila, M.Pd. as the Head of BPK UNIDA to provide a discussion of the articles that have been made by FH lecturers. In addition to the Head of BPK, also present were the Head of Writing Center Aminullah, S.TP., M.Si, Dean of Faculty of Law Dr. Nurwati, S.H. M.H. along with the Vice Deans and Lecturers of Faculty of Law UNIDA. In this meeting, Dr. Rasmitadila, M.Pd discussed more about abstracts that must have gaps, objectives, methods, and data analysis. Data analysis must be done in a literacy research interview and observation. "This activity must be carried out consistently. How to write good articles and send them to good journals as well, especially reputable international journals. BPK will always facilitate article writing activities, one of which is the literacy cafe in the BPK room. This is to foster a sense of comfort in writing and sharing knowledge, "said Dr. Rasmitadila, M.Pd. Meanwhile, Dean of UNIDA Faculty of Law Dr. Nurwati, S.H., M.H. in her speech said that this activity is very important to improve the ability of lecturers to write articles in reputable international journals, both WoS and Scopus indexed. "The more articles of lecturers that have been published in reputable international journals, the higher the level of reputation of individual lecturers, as well as increasing the international reputation of the Faculty of Law and the Institute. In addition, it also makes it easier for lecturers to achieve the highest academic title, namely Professor," she said. Dr. Nurwati, S.H., M.H. added that the enthusiasm for writing articles by lecturers in the Law Study Program is increasing, this is indicated by the articles of lecturers that have been sent to BPK for review. "Hopefully, some of these articles will be accepted and published in reputable international journals. In this case, of course, the Dean gives targets to lecturers, and always controls them. Hopefully activities like this will continue, not just stop here, because the publication of articles will certainly be very useful for lecturers who are taking care of their rank and to achieve the target of the Study Program towards superior accreditation," he concluded.
