The Faculty of Law, Djuanda University, held a handover ceremony for the positions of Vice Deans and Heads of Study Programs, strengthening academic innovation and institutional synergy.

Ciawi, March 10, 2026 – The Faculty of Law of Djuanda University (FH Unida) held a handover ceremony for several strategic positions within the faculty. Held in the FH Unida Hall on Tuesday (March 10), the event marked the transition of leadership for the positions of Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Vice Dean for Non-Academic Affairs, and Head of the Law Study Program.

The baton for Vice Dean for Academic Affairs was passed from Dr. Asep Thibibudin Qolyubi, S.H., M.H. to Dr. Rizal Syamsul Ma'arif, S.H., M.H. Meanwhile, the position of Vice Dean for Non-Academic Affairs, previously held by Muhamad Aminulloh, S.S., M.H., has now been entrusted to Adi Rahmannur Ibnu, S.E., M.H., Ph.D. In addition, the position of Head of the Law Study Program was also transferred from the previous incumbent to the new incumbent, R. Yuniar Anisa Ilyanawati, S.H., M.H., who was appointed through a rector's decree. The event was attended by the heads of study programs, heads of administration, lecturers, and student representatives.

In her remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Unida, Dr. Nurwati, S.H., M.H., expressed her appreciation for the dedication of the former incumbent and warmly welcomed the new incumbent. She emphasized the importance of program continuity and adapting to the increasingly complex challenges of legal education at all levels of leadership.

On behalf of the faculty leadership, I express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Asep Thibibudin Qolyubi, Muhamad Aminulloh, and the previous Head of the Study Program. Their dedication and hard work during their tenure have brought much progress to the Faculty of Law, Unida. May it be a lasting charity, said Dr. Nurwati.

She advised the new incumbent to adapt quickly and carry out their duties with integrity. "We trust in Dr. Asep's capacity and vision." "We hope that Dr. Rizal Syamsul Ma'arif will contribute to the academic field, particularly in strengthening the research-based curriculum and overseeing the maintenance of the accreditation system. Similarly, we hope that Adi Rahmannur Ibnu will be able to develop student affairs and collaborative networks both domestically and internationally. "We hope the new Head of Study Programs will continue to improve the quality of learning and academic services to students," he added.

The Dean, familiarly known as Mrs. Nurwati, also invited the entire Faculty of Law academic community to work together to support the faculty's programs. He stated that the success of an institution is determined not only by its leadership, but also by the unity of all parties.

Meanwhile, Dr. Asep Thibibudin Qolyubi, on a separate occasion, expressed his gratitude for completing his term successfully. He hoped the new officials would continue the ongoing programs and continue to make improvements.

"Of course, I apologize if there were any shortcomings during my leadership. I am confident that the new officials who have taken up their positions are capable of bringing about positive change," he said.

Responding to his new mandate, Dr. Rizal Syamsul Ma'arif expressed his commitment to prioritizing transparency and improving academic quality. "We will immediately coordinate with all study programs to finalize the academic calendar and encourage lecturers' scientific publications," he said briefly.
