Tangerang, August 14, 2025 – The Faculty of Law (FH) and the Graduate School of Djuanda University (UNIDA) Bogor held a promotional and socialization event for study programs at the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police Station on August 13–14, 2025. This event aimed to establish a strategic partnership in the opening of a special Cooperation Class for Airport Police personnel.
The event was attended by the Chief of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police Station, Senior Commissioner Ronald F.C. Sipayung, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., a practitioner and UNIDA Extraordinary Lecturer, Prof. Andre Yosua, as well as the Dean of the UNIDA Faculty of Law and its leadership.
In his remarks, the Chief of Police, Senior Commissioner Ronald F.C. Sipayung, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., expressed his appreciation for UNIDA's initiative in providing opportunities for police personnel to pursue legal studies. He stated that increasing academic capacity will support professionalism in law enforcement duties in the field.
Prof. Andre Yosua emphasized that this collaboration demonstrates Djuanda University's commitment to expanding access to quality legal education for various groups, including law enforcement officers. "We want to provide flexibility and a relevant curriculum, so that police personnel can study while still carrying out their duties," he said.
The Dean of the UNIDA Faculty of Law added that this Collaborative Class is designed with a hybrid learning method, combining face-to-face and online learning, to accommodate participants' work schedules.
This activity is expected to strengthen the synergy between the academic world and the police institution, producing graduates with strong legal competencies and practical insights in the field.
