Bogor, October 9, 2025 — The Faculty of Law of Djuanda University (UNIDA) demonstrated an open and responsive attitude to student aspirations expressed through a Public Hearing (RDP) initiated by the Faculty of Law Student Representative Council (DPM FH). The event took place on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:40 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time) in the Moot Court Room on the 3rd Floor of the Faculty of Law.

The Public Hearing is one of the work programs of Commission C for Aspirations of the DPM FH, held quarterly. Its main purpose is to provide a forum for dialogue between students and the faculty to channel, discuss, and find solutions to various academic and non-academic issues within the Faculty of Law.

The event, led by the Chair of the DPM FH, Muhamad Ardi Maulidin, was attended by active student representatives from various classes, student organization administrators, and the Faculty of Law Dean's staff. During this forum, students expressed a number of aspirations related to campus facilities, the Community Service Program (KKN) mechanism, transparency in lecturer assessments, and policies in the learning process.

In his response, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Djuanda University, Dr. [Name of Dean], S.H., M.H., expressed his appreciation for the forum and considered it a demonstration of student maturity in participating in campus development.

"We greatly appreciate the DPM FH's initiative to create a dialogue space like this. Student aspirations provide important input for us in improving our systems and enhancing the quality of academic services and learning facilities," said Dr. [Name of Dean].

Furthermore, the dean's office expressed its commitment to following up on several inputs, such as improving air conditioning (AC), maintaining classroom windows, and reinforcing regulations for lecturers to prevent students from requiring them to purchase personal textbooks as a requirement for grades.

"We will immediately address student needs. Our principle is clear: all lecturer policies must be oriented toward improving the quality of learning and based on the values of a Tauhid Campus," he added.

The Head of the DPM FH, Muhamad Ardi Maulidin, also expressed his gratitude for the dean's openness to student input.

"We appreciate the Dean's Office's swift response and openness. Through this forum, we hope to strengthen the synergy between students and the faculty for the mutual advancement of the Faculty of Law," said Ardi.

This RDP is the second Hearing held during the 2025–2026 term of the Faculty of Law Student Representative Council (DPM FH), and will continue to be held consistently as a demonstration of the DPM FH's commitment to channeling student aspirations and supporting the improvement of the quality of the Faculty of Law at Djuanda University.
